📢 Granite Network Upgrade Mainnet Release Alert:

op-node/v1.9.1 and op-geth/v1.101408.0

This is a mandatory upgrade for Metal L2 & OP Stack Mainnet Chain Nodes and to support the Granite hard fork.

Activation Date/Time: 1726070401 - Wed 11 Sep 2024 16:00:01 UTC

All node operators must update their mainnet nodes by September 10 to be ready for the September 11 activation and avoid a chain split.

-- Chains in the Superchain Registry – OP Mainnet, Base, Metal L2, Mode, Zora, Lyra, Orderly, and Race – will activate automatically using the registry.

-- Chains not in the registry will need to set and coordinate their hardfork time. This can be timed to the OP Mainnet time (Aug 12, 1600 UTC).

-- All chains and operators should alert their node providers of the hardfork so they update in time and, if necessary, set the time manually.
